I found it to be super thick and I had to eat it with a spoon, it was more like a pudding to me. It was good.
And it’s the first time I ever added a plant-based protein powder to my smoothie’s.
And I was surprised it had coconut oil added – I PROMISE I will write about Coconut Oil SOON!
